These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://leevaph.shop and your purchase of products from LEEVA PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED(“Leevaph”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 05974005, registered office 3 Tollbar Cottages Coach Road, Butterly Park, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3QW, United Kingdom. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Leevaph is a consumer retailer of travel-organisation accessories and airport carry items. We sell physical, mailable goods only. We do not sell flights, accommodation, visas, travel insurance or travel-agency services, and we do not provide installation, repair, maintenance or any on-site service. Product descriptions, dimensions and capacities are provided for general guidance and are approximate.

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable seller-side taxes shown at checkout. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation to acknowledge receipt; a binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

Payment is taken at checkout through our third-party payment providers, which may include card networks and PayPal. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details. Orders are processed once payment is authorised.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

We take care to describe products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens, and all sizing, capacity and weight figures are approximate references. Such figures are not a guarantee that any product complies with a specific airline's carry-on, baggage or liquid rules. You are responsible for checking current airline and airport requirements before you travel.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site — including text, images and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your failure to follow product guidance or applicable travel rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
