What does Leevaph sell?+
Leevaph sells travel-organisation accessories and airport carry items — physical products such as packing cubes, toiletry pouches, passport wallets, foldable daypacks and long-haul comfort gear. We are a retailer of physical goods only and do not sell flights, hotels, visas, insurance or travel-agency services.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices on the site are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion if your account is held in another currency.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?+
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is a flat rate that is shown at checkout, and orders over $55 USD qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated processing and transit times are set out in full on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times then depend on the destination and the service selected — typically 3–7 business days for domestic UK orders and 7–20 business days for international orders. See the Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Can I return something?+
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, some items (such as sleep masks and refillable bottle kits) cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty. Full details are on our Refund & Return Policy page.
How do refunds work?+
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We refund the price of the returned goods; original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
How do I pay, and is it secure?+
Checkout supports major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers on their own secure systems. We never see or store your full card number.
Are the sizes and capacities exact?+
Dimensions, volumes and weights are approximate and provided as a planning reference. They are not a guarantee that an item meets any particular airline's carry-on or liquid rules, so please confirm current limits with your airline before you travel.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?+
Yes. If you need travel organisers in volume — for a crew, a hotel, corporate gifting or resale — use our Bulk Orders page to request a quote with volume pricing.
